One of the only local small-town coffee shops in Prospect. The inside is a vibe with the jukebox you can't be in a bad mood here. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a free private parking lot out front easy. II. SERVICE No complaints III. QUALITY Really enjoyed how dense and acidic the coffee is. All their syrups are house-made. I hope one day they incorporate a guiltless sugar free option to their selection. IV. CAPACITY Fair amount of people with plenty of available seating for a Friday morning.

Their iced tea and Laura Palmer are the absolute best during the summer. When it's cold, I'm obsessed with the ganache latte. This coffee shop has some of the highest quality coffee drinks around! I also love the location. The baristas are so friendly and have memorized our order. There are so many great places to sit, and it's usually not too crowded!

This is my favorite Please & Thank You location. Staff are the best! I was visiting from out of town and tried to stop by before leaving, accidentally showed up right as they closed. They allowed us to still come in and purchase cookies, and were very kind about it. 10/10 cookies, 10/10 customer service.

Went in for a cozy Saturday read and was not disappointed! I got an Americano and the world famous chocolate chip cookie. Not much to say about the coffee - it was on point. The cookie was amazing - soft in the middle, crispy on the edges, generous amount of chocolate and maybe salt flakes on it? So good! The River Road location had a good amount of seating of different types - traditional tables/chairs, a really squishy sofa, lounge chairs, and a quirky booth. There's a big table too that could seat 6 or so people and the booth is about that big too!

Visited the "Frank" store. Really impressed. Great coffee, great service, great cookies. They nailed my very specific coffee order the first time... a rarity. Cookies are delicious... self proclaimed best in Kentucky. Street parking only and a little sparse, but that's a minor detail.

I had driven past this location earlier in the week and saw the "best chocolate chip cookies in Kentucky" sign so I had to see if they were right! And while I could have gone to another location, I happened to end up back here for a cookie and a hot cider and they were both incredible. I sat outside by the fire and it was perfectly lovely. Inside was cool too - I waited for my drink on a green leather rocking chair and enjoyed the jukebox very much. It looks like a great place to hang out and the staff were very friendly.

I’m a regular - the people are AMAZING; half the reason I come in! Drinks are decent...would LOVE if there was a hazelnut option on the menu...also...would love for workers to get paid decently. 10 an hour is THIS economy...!

Whenever I come to Louisville, I have to get a PTY cookie. The best. The Laura Palmer is also a really refreshing drink. Can't go wrong here.
